Unless otherwise indicated in the following sections, when using our untreated websites, processes or personal data.
By accessing our Internet pages, our web servers automatically collect information such as the type of browser, the operating system, the domain name of the Internet service provider, the IP address of the computer used, the website from which you visit us. , the pages you visit on our site, the date and duration of your visit.

If the treatment is necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of our company or of a third party and for the interests, the fundamental rights and freedoms do not prevail over the interests mentioned initially, the Art. 6 par. 1 lett. f GDPR based on the legal basis for processing.

Period of retention and deletion of data
The personal data of the interested party will be canceled or blocked not yet the purpose of the registration will cease to exist and in any case no later than 31.12.2050. Personal data will only be transferred to state authorities and institutions under the current national legislation. Our employees, our agencies and our resellers are bound by our privacy to maximum confidentiality.

You can contact us at our e-mail address or by telephone. The personal data that will be transmitted to us in this way will obviously be used only for the purpose for which you have made them available when you have contacted us.
If you use our contact form, the information we ask for but which is not necessary to establish a contact is always marked as optional. We need these details to concretize your request and improve its evasion. This information is provided on a voluntary basis and with your consent. Transmission of data to other companies

External service providers and partner companies will only receive your data if this is necessary in order to process your request. In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted will be limited to the minimum required. Should our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we assure you that they will comply in the same way with the regulations provided for by data protection laws. We also remind you that the suppliers have their own privacy policy. The service provider is responsible for the content of external services, for which we control the services, within reasonable limits, to verify compliance with legal requirements.

Transmission of data to external service providers (Data Processor)

Your data will be transmitted to service providers, as long as they work on our behalf and support INDOWEDDINGS in the provision of its services.
The processing of your personal data by contracted service providers takes place within the scope of order processing pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR.
The aforementioned service providers have access to such personal information only if this is necessary for the performance of their respective activities. These service providers may not disclose your personal information or use it for other purposes, in particular for their advertising purposes.
Should external service providers come into contact with your personal data, we have taken technical, legal and organizational measures and have carried out regular checks to ensure that they also comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Your personal data will not be disclosed commercially to other companies.

Website optimization tool

When we collect personal data using website optimization tools, we refer to our legitimate interest under Article 6 par. 1 lett. f GDPR in conjunction with Recital 47, according to which direct marketing is generally a legitimate interest. Your interests, your rights and your fundamental freedoms do not prevail over our interest in advertising, as we provide you with comprehensive information on data collection as part of our Privacy Policy and you will have the opportunity to opt out ( through links or browser settings) at any time. Furthermore, we only use pseudonymous tracking.

Remarketing of Google Analytics

Web pages use the remarketing features of Google Analytics and the intercompany provided by Google AdWords and DoubleClick. Supplier is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function allows you to interface the different advertising targets, generated with Google Analytics remarketing, with the Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick interactive devices. Once you have provided your consent to the processing of personal data, Google will associate the Google vs accoutn with the browsing history on the web or app. In this way, advertising messages of interest will be made visible on any device, with which you will access your Google account.
To this end, Google Analytics records the IDs and accesses of users, temporarily linked to Google, to our Google Analytics data, in order to define and create a list of targeted customers for the promotion of inter-company ads.

The cataloging of the data recorded in your Google account occurs only with the prior consent of you, which you can grant or revoke at Google (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter to GDPR). In case of registration of data not taken from your Google account (eg because you do not have any Google Account or because of your revocation to the registration of personal data), the registration of data will refer to the provisions of Art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. f GDPR.

Google Tag Manager

For transparency reasons, we would like to clarify that we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager does not collect personal data by itself. Tag Manager helps us to integrate and manage our tags. Tags are small code elements used, among other things, to measure visitor traffic and behavior, to measure the impact of online advertising and social channels, to implement remarketing and targeting, and to test and optimize Web sites. INDOWEDDINGS uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your data we handle against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are subject to continuous improvements to take account of constant technological developments.

Rights of the interested party

If your personal data are processed, you can be defined as an "interested party" according to the meaning ascribed by the GDPR and you will have the following rights towards the data controller:

- Right of access, Art. 15 GDPR
You can ask us to confirm whether or not we process your personal data. If we have processed your data, you will have further information rights as defined in Article 15 of the GDPR.

- Right of rectification
If the information we have obtained from you is incorrect or incomplete, you can immediately ask us to rectify it in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.

- Right of limitation of treatment
Based on the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, you can also request that the processing of personal data concerning your person be restricted.
Following the limitation, your data may be processed only with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising and defending legal rights or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State. We will inform you before the limitation is removed.

- Right to cancel
If one of the reasons indicated in Art. 17 par. 1 GDPR, you can ask us to immediately delete your personal data, unless there is an exception to the cancellation obligation in accordance with Art. 17 par. 3 GDPR.
- Right of notification
If you have exercised your right to rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing, under Article 19 GDPR we are required to notify all recipients of your personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You also have the right to be informed about these recipients. The responsible person will have the right to be informed about these recipients.

- Right to data portability
Furthermore, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive personal data concerning you on our behalf in a format readable by automatic device and to transmit this data to another data controller without impediments, provided that the assumptions of Article 20 par. 1 lett. to GDPR, or to obtain that your personal data is transmitted directly from us to another data controller, provided that this is technically feasible and that no other person's rights or rights are impeded. You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing by INDOWEDDINGS of personal data concerning you pursuant to Art. 6 par. 1 lett. f GDPR.
We will refrain from further processing your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and your liberties or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.

- Right to revoke the declaration of consent to data protection
You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent to data protection at any time with a declaration to INDOWEDDINGS. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation.

- Right to propose a complaint to the supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing that concerns you is in violation of this regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State where you normally reside, work or where you are the alleged violation is verified.
